Perfectly all-Japanese Miso from Ueda, Shinshu
“Handmade, naturally brewed, additive-free, and raw”
“Nakiryu” is made from large-size soybeans and local rice raised in Ueda (Nagano prefecture) and salt made in Okinawa. The materials are all-Japanese and made with the conventional manufacturing method.
The reason of Nakiryu’s perfectly well-balanced taste and rich flavor is that it is brewed in collect temperature and rich soil of Shinshu.
Just add a little in your daily foods, and you notice it becomes better!
