The organic olive trees have grown only 1000 trees in the 2 hectares of field, therefore it has been made only 1,500 bottle of olive oil every year. It is rare opportunity to buy this olive oil made in JAPAN.
This olive oil is medium class in the Japanese climate. Also it takes advantage of the ingredients which is less pungent and suppression of bitterness.
It is not only using for Japanese cuisine but also you can use it all of world dishes.
