There is one whole flying fish in each bottle. You simply fill up the bottle with regular soy sauce and keep it in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Your soy sauce will be turned to a flavorful soy sauce with the flavors of grilled fish and Rausu-Seaweed.
When you finish using half the bottle, you add more soy sauce and fully fill it up. You may repeat this process for 4 times and each time you will enjoy its amazing flavor.
