“Echizen Soba (buckwheat)” is grown in the heart mountain of Fukui prefecture withstanding the extreme difference of temperature, and the noodle is well known for the quality.
The product is primary menu of “Fuku Soba”, the restaurant where continued for 3 generations in Kita no Shou, Fukui.
The carefully selected unpolished buckwheat is milled in traditional way, and after being added flour as binding agent, it was matured and dried totally by hand.
You can easily enjoy the smooth texture of authentic and traditional Soba noodle in your home.
