Niigata Tokamachi is a region of heavy snowfall, with 3 meters of snow piled up every winter. In this rich natural environment, four types of herbs are grown from late June to October: chamomile, spearmint, peppermint, and apple mint.

All herbs are grown in-house using organic fertilizers. The exquisite blend of the four herbs has never been changed since the company was founded in 2000, and continues to be loved by our strong fan base.

The lovely flowers of "chamomile," which emit a gentle fragrance, are also included in the tea, making it an herbal tea that can be enjoyed from the outside as well.

◎ Only tender shoots are carefully picked in the morning ◎

The producer, Mr. and Mrs. Miyazawa, carefully pick only tender sprouts from the early hours of the sun, wash them well, dry them in the shade for a day, and then dry them slowly indoors for a week.
The herb sprouts grow slowly in Tokamachi, where the temperature drops in the mornings and evenings even in summer, giving them a clean and refreshing taste.
