Instant "Kure-jiru" soup, filled with salt and soybeans made from Echizen ocean water from the Sea of Japan. Simply pour in hot water to make Kureshiru.
By using Fukui Prefecture soybean flour and salt made from Echizen ocean water and freeze-drying them using an original manufacturing method, the nutritional content of isoflavones from soybeans and minerals from Echizen salt is maintained, while the taste is mild and delicious.
Furthermore, the product is wrapped in a monaka made of glutinous rice, which gives it a savory and chewy flavor. The shape of the dumpling is the Fukui Prefecture flower "narcissus". No chemical seasoning is used.
As a traditional Japanese food, it is light and keeps well for a long time, so it is ideal as an overseas accompaniment or a souvenir.
