This is a all-purpose seasoning called "KURO NO KIWAMI", which is made of the rich extract of fruit garlics.
The fruit garlic is made in Kyoto, Japan. It is fermented in a specific environment where the temperature of the room is 70℃ (158°F). It is 100% natural and very nutritious compared to natural white garlic.
This all-purpose seasoning tastes like rich and full‐flavored balsamic vinegar. It will blend well with ingredients and bring out their original tastes.
