"Utazu Kodaimai" Sanuki Udon Noodle are made with 10% rice flour made from a type of heirloom rice known to promote health food because it contains large quantities of anthocyanin, a natural pigment thought to have health benefits.
The glutinous texture of the rice is brought out in the noodles thorough the use if natural salts, which are made by ancient methods desalinizing sea water.
