From stir-fry to simmered and aemono, you can use any ingredients. Basic Japanese food can be made easily and deliciously at home. It is a versatile seasoning that can be used for everyday menus and lunch boxes. It is offered as a set of two, Nikuhonpo Black and Nikuhonpo Red.
- "Nikuhonpo Black"
It is characterized by deep sweetness and richness, using apples from Aomori Prefecture and carefully selected flower nectar based on whole soybean soy sauce. It is a body-friendly sauce that does not use preservatives or chemical seasonings.
In 2010, 2011, and 2012, we won the Gold Award for 3 consecutive years in the Monde Selection Food Division for the first time for our yakiniku sauce.

Made with domestic soybeans, domestic barley, and Aomori apples. A body-friendly sauce based on 100% domestic ingredients and long-term, additive-free miso. The refreshing sweetness and strong miso flavor bring out the flavor of the meat. (2012 Monde Selection Food Category Gold Award Winner)
