The fruits are elongated, swollen, and more than 2 cm long. They are dark blue and shiny. It contains a lot of vitamins A, B, C, E, iron, calcium and potassium. It is said that anthocyanins, which play a major role in preventing and improving eyestrain, fatigue, and vision loss, are three times more than blueberries.
The jam is made with no additives and no coloring to keep the taste of honeysuckle as it is. Enjoy on bread, crackers or yogurt.
