Kamata Modern “Mizukagami (a water-mirror) Flower Vase”
Kamata cut glass is an original brand of Glass Forest. It was named aiming the fusion of history between the Edo cut glass and Kamata, Ota-ku, Tokyo, the traditional manufacturing town.
“Mizukagami Flower Vase” is designed to enjoy “the glassy surface of water” as interior. Thanks to the the modern design made by gently crossing curved lines, the vase is suitable in both Japanese style and Western style rooms.
Awarded as grand prix in Tokyo Traditional Arts and Crafts Challenge Contest in 2013.
