Fruit Garlic is made by fully fermenting garlic grown by the staff by sprinkling plenty of enzymes in Tango, Kyoto, with a special ripening technology (Fruit Garlic Technology™).
This is an easy-to-eat stick packaging. The only ingredients are garlic and polished water. We deliver to you the quality that can only be achieved by hand-made integrated production.
Since the ingredients are as they are without additives, it may contain fine fiber components, and the taste and texture may be different slightly depending on the lot, but there is no problem with safety.
Please eat 1 to 2 sticks a day as a guide. It can be also used as an additive-free seasoning.
