Japan's first JAS certified organic extra virgin olive oil made from 100% Shodoshima olives. This oil is extracted from healthy, safe and secure olive fruits cultivated at Yamasan Olive Garden, which acquired organic farming certification in 2012.
It is neither heat-treated nor chemically treated, so it has a refreshing aroma and taste like fresh juice.
